  Donnie Law, President and Chief Product Development Officer

 Donnie Law is the founder of Quality Innovative Systems, Inc. (QIS).  Mr. Law is President and Senior Software Engineer/Utility/Real Estate Industry Expert with over 20 years experience in Software Engineering and Best-Practice implementations encompassing the complete development life cycle within several industries.  His responsibilities include: Technical Manager, Project Manager, Chief Software Architect, Utility Industry Expert, Real Estate Industry Expert, and Business/Systems Analyst

Mr. Law has held several leadership roles to include Chief Software Architect for AMX International, Inc. (Oracle Premium Partner), Senior JD Edwards Technical Consultant for IBM, and AS/400 Team Leader for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., as well as various other leadership and technical roles on numerous ERP Implementations for several Fortune 500 companies including: AT&T Wireless, General Electric, MFA Oil, Limited Brands, Pernod Ricard, Oracle Corporation, IBM, and Promus Hotels & Casinos.

Mr. Law earned a Software Engineering Degree from Bryan Institute, Bridgeton Missouri, and has been awarded several training certificates in the areas of EDI, JD Edwards Development (Oracle University), JD Edwards CNC (Oracle University), RPGII – RPG/ILE (IBM), DB2 Database (IBM), Microsoft .Net Development.

  Albert Bond, Vice President of Consulting Services

 Albert Bond is a Senior Business Analyst with over 25 years of experience in implementing Best-in-Practice Solutions and ERP Business Process Control Systems within several industries.  His responsibilities include: Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Chief Architect, Business Analyst, and Engineer.

Prior to joining the QIS Team Mr. Bond held several leadership roles to include CEO and Chief Architect for BCCI Consulting Company, Delivery/Project Manager for KPMG (now Bearing Point), Project Manager (ERP Implementation) for several Fortune 500 companies to include: Allergan Pharmaceuticals, MFA Oil, and ITT Fluid Technology,

Mr. Bond earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics from North Carolina A&T State University, Greensboro North Carolina; since, has been awarded several certifications and received specialized training in the following areas: Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Financial Management, Communication Systems, and Project Management. 

Mr. Bond is a project management expert in delivering complex and integrated business solutions “on time and within budget” and is an authority on the use and application of implementation methodologies.   Additionally, he is a proven resource within industry and has successfully applied project management skills in delivering 8 full life cycle ERP implementations.
