QIS introduces QIS Property Management Plus (QIS PMP™) which provides significant productivity and billing enhancements to the already powerful Oracle’s JD Edwards Real Estate Property Management Module. These enhancements reduce the time and effort required to achieve day-to-day routine and periodic tenant customer service and billing tasks. Property Managers can now easily bill tenants on-demand for a single service or on a consolidate bill for all tenant monthly base rent, NNN, actual utilities, special services, and other CAM charges on a single property or on multiple properties. Bills can be generated on a real-time basis or in a batch run and printed or emailed to tenants.

Being able to bill administrative or management fees for every service provided by the Landlord to tenants turns these expense items into additional profit centers. With QIS’s new billing enhancements you now have the ability to offer more services to tenants and push expenses right to the bottom line.

For utilities specifically, Smart Metering capabilities also allows QIS PMP to bill in intervals or seasons, apply complex billing and manage rates for residential, commercial or industrial tenants. QIS PMP provides Property Managers with an easier integrated billing and significantly enhanced tenant management solution powered by QIS' world class patented pending technology.

We simplify the process of the creation of new customer accounts from the use of multiple entries to a single form with wizards, account type defaults and pop-up training videos. These simplifications enable a complete management and maintenance of a tenant’s account through a single view, including being able to quickly identify:
  • RUBs Formulas, Calculations and Billing
  • Account Status,
  • Lease Details,
  • Work Order Generation (several types available),
  • Notes History (tenant notes and notes for Internal Use Only),
  • Payment and Billing Detail,
  • History Contact Information, and
  • Associated Contact Information Credit and Collection Information.
QI PMP simplifies the tenant billing process by creating a billing profile at the time a new tenant's account is set-up. We associate the appropriate billing type and calculate rates based on the tenant's use, pro-rata share, delivery of premises and rent start date, and other financial lease terms. Our simplified method of generating billing invoices and statements are then printed "real-time" or in batch mode and delivered by mail or electronic statement delivery is available via email. Simplified Reporting Solution QI Systems provides access to any and all vital tenant and lease information within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne using both Oracle’s BI Publisher™ and QI KPA™. Being able to present this information to the right people at the right time in the right format is the foundation to the knowledge base of your company.

More Enhancements Coming Soon

In cooperation with Oracle and other real estate customers, QIS plans to release more software enhancements to the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Real Estate Module throughout the year.  Many of these enhancements are user requirement requests from the OREUG User Group.  These new enhancements will also help Oracle to compete in the global real estate market.

Investment Portfolio & Loan Management

In partnership with Boston Properties QIS is developing a new Investment Portfolio Management enhancement.  Main features will include the set-up and maintenance of amortization schedules, property valuation and more, all inside EnterpriseOne.
